Welcome to Livesoft. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Livesoft website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Livesoft provides an AI-powered customer service platform including AI agents, live chat, help desk, knowledge base, and chatbot solutions designed to help businesses automate and enhance their customer support operations.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
- Use the Services to send spam, malware, or harmful content
- Upload or transmit content that infringes on third-party rights
- Access or attempt to access areas of the platform without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Livesoft and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications that could temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livesoft, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, and 12 shall survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
